Bundesliga side Schalke turn down torino offer for Özan Kabak a close source to the club has disclosed .

The turkish center back has been subject of several offers , and may be set to leave the bundesliga outfit During the transfer window.

Serie A club Torino have made a bid to sign former Liverpool centre back Özan Kabak on a loan deal , an approach that was not welcome by schalke 04 .

The offer from torino includes €1.5m loan fee plus buy option but Schalke refused as they want permanent deal for the turkish international center back .

However there is a reported Interest from premier league club Newcastle who are said to be also interested in Kabak but have not submitted any official bid yet for center half.

Last season Kabak signed for Liverpool on loan for the remainder of the 2020–21 season.

The deal was reportedly worth £1 million, plus potentially £500,000 in add-ons depending on appearances and Liverpool’s performance in the Champions League.

It also included an option to buy, which was set at approximately £18 million and could rise to £26.5m with add-ons.

Torino is believe to be looking for a way out in other to sign the turkish international despite having their initial offer turned down.
