List Of 8 Man United Players Currently On Loan Released As 5 May Never Come Back To Old Trafford

Manchester United currently have a number of first-teamers and youth players out on loan for 2021-22.

As many as eight players are serving temporary spells with different clubs but how many of them could return? Here is a look at United’s loan stars;

Players Out On Loan

Anthony Martial – loaned to Sevilla.

Donny van de Beek – loaned to Everton.

Tahith Chong – loaned to Birmingham City.

Brandon Williams – loaned to Norwich City.

Facundo Pellistri – loaned to Alaves.

Amad Diallo – loaned to Rangers.

Axel Tuanzebe – loaned to Napoli.

Andreas Pereira – loaned to Flamengo.

Those Who Could Return

Out of all the players on loan, only Flamengo were believed to be in talks with United over signing Pereira permanently. However, even that appears to be in jeopardy as latest reports suggest the midfielder could return to Old Trafford.

That’s the case with every other name on the list. Martial hasn’t hit the ground running at Sevilla while Van de Beek is struggling to get regular game time for the Toffees.

Chong has battled different injuries – including surgery – over the past year and Birmingham are not expected to sign him.

As for Williams, he has played regularly for Norwich this season but there is no word on whether they want him to join.

Pellistri and Diallo are both warming the benches at Alaves and Rangers respectively, making it highly likely for both to return to Old Trafford.

Tuanzebe has played just two games for Napoli since joining on loan so far. He has failed to establish himself despite the absence of Kostas Manolas, whom Napoli sold in January.

As things stand, it looks like all of them will return to United at the end of this season.
