Breaking: Al Nassr Make Official Statement After Cristiano Ronaldo Transfer

Cristiano Ronaldo has officially joined Al-Nassr.

The Portuguese forward has been without a club since leaving Manchester United earlier in December.

But he has not been a free agent for long

There have been multiple rumours in the past few weeks claiming Ronaldo was set to sign a deal with Saudi Arabian outfit, Al-Nassr.

And he has now penned a two-and-a-half year contract with the Riyadh based club

Al-Nassr took to social media on Friday evening to confirm the deal.

“History in the making. This is a signing that will not only inspire our club to achieve even greater success but inspire our league, our nation and future generations, boys and girls to be the best version of themselves. Welcome @Cristiano to your new home @AlNassrFC,” a post from the club’s Twitter account read.

Ronaldo left Man United by mutual consent before the World Cup.
