Barça President Laporta during an interview with One Tv3 disclosed messi will always be of barça as the argentine is still greatly missed at Nou Camp.
In his Interview he disclosed that a pre agreement was in place between leo messi and barcelona but due to laliga rules the deal couldn’t be formalized .

I haven’t spoken with Messi since he left. We will have an eternal gratitude. Messi will always be of Barça”
