Chelsea Identifies 2 French Wingers To Sign Before January Transfer Window Closes
As per the semi-reliable French news outlet L’Equipe, Chelsea are chasing the signatures of two talented wingers this January window.
The first one is Kingsley Coman of Bayern Munich. Chelsea have ‘made an offer’ for him but the player is closer to extending his deal with his current club.
The other player is Ousmane Dembele. The winger’s deal with Barcelona expires at the end of this season and renewal isn’t in sight.
There is plenty of Premier League interest in the Frenchman, but it is ‘especially Chelsea’ who are pushing for his signature, the report reads.

L’Equipe add that the Blues are ‘following him closely’ and that they are ‘among the candidates’ for him this month.
However, Dembele’s asking salary is an issue – he reportedly wants an annual salary of €40m gross with Barcelona. It’s unknown if those demands will change should Chelsea make an official bid.
The saga can go on until the end of the window, L’Equipe add, with Barca still trying to get Dembele to sign a new deal.
