Chelsea are working on a swap deal with Juventus to sign Matthijs de Ligt, Gianluca Di Marzio reports.
The Blues’ plan is to offer Timo Werner plus €25-30million as a starting bid. However, such an offer is unlikely to be accepted as Juventus value De Ligt at over €100million.
Chelsea will hope to arrive at a €40-45million fee plus Werner – which might not still be enough.
