Speaking to the media on Friday, Erik ten Hag has confirmed that Anthony Martial will miss Saturday’s game against Southampton due to an Achilles injury.

The Dutchman said: “I cannot tell a prognosis on how long it takes but we hope he will be available for the next game [against Leicester].”
