NIKE Reach Final Agreement With Mason Greenwood After Rape & Assault Allegations

Mason Greenwood will no longer be sponsored by Nike after he was arrested on suspicion of rape and assault.

A Nike spokesperson told The Athletic: “Mason Greenwood is no longer a Nike athlete.”

Nike had already suspended all advertisements concerning Greenwood after he was accused of rape and assault by his girlfriend and arrested last week.

The Englishman remains indefinitely suspended by Man United as well and will not be allowed to take part in any training or match activity.

Greenwood has refused to respond to his allegations so far and the Greater Manchester Police are still investigating the case.
