Erik ten Hag Names The Number Of Goals He Wants From Marcus Rashford This Season

Speaking to the media earlier this week, Erik ten Hag said: “I said from the start, I said it from one of the first days that Marcus Rashford is capable of scoring 20 goals in the Premier League only.

“I don’t want to pin myself to a number, I don’t. Rashy now has five but he scored many other goals.

“He scored three at the World Cup, so then he has the potential to score those numbers of goals in the Premier League.”

Rashford scored his fifth Premier League goal of the 2022/23 campaign in the 3–0 win against Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.

The 25-year-old has reestablished himself as a key player at Manchester United under Ten Hag as the Red Devils look to battle it out for a top-four finish.
