Ten Hag Responds To Continued Jadon Sancho’s Absence From Manchester United Squad

During an interview with Sky Sports after the Burnley win on Wednesday, Erik ten Hag was asked if there was any update on Jadon Sancho’s return.

“No”, responded the Dutchman and moved on to a different topic before the reporter could ask any further questions about the Old Trafford forward.

Sancho, who missed out on England’s 26-man World Cup squad, is yet to return to training with the rest of the squad despite the fact that club football is back.

The 22-year-old was not part of Manchester United’s warm-weather training camp in Spain with Ten Hag sending him to work on his own in the Netherlands.

Man United returned to competitive football on Wednesday night beating Burnley 2:0 at Old Trafford to book their place in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
