Erik ten Hag’s Message To Erling Haaland Ahead Of Derby Clash With Man City Has Been Revealed

“We don’t play against [Erling] Haaland, we play against Manchester City,” Erik ten Hag told a press conference, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News.

“They have a team and more than 11 players, but we do as well. We are convinced of our capabilities and if we act as a team in and out of possession, then you can beat such opponents.

“That is the belief, where we have to get with us when we line up, when we start the game and we need it over more than the 90 minutes.”

Erling Haaland has already scored 14 goals in 10 games for Man City, obliterating all the worries that he won’t be able to adapt to the Premier League.

On the other hand, Man United are probably a stronger side than any team City have faced this season, with Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez forming a great partnership.
