Manchester United are reportedly set to complete the signing of Dutch striker Wout Weghorst on loan from Burnley.

Weghorst is currently on a season-long loan at Besiktas but reports say he is willing to cut short the deal to move to Old Trafford.

Footmercato claims that United have already made contact with the 30-year-old and a deal could be struck before the end of the winter window.

Weghorst who scored just twice for Burnley last season has already registered eight goals this season in Turkey.
