Speaking on ITV on Wednesday, Roy Keane said: “I think Antony will have to learn the hard way [how to avoid injuries].
“Players have targeted him — we saw that at the weekend [against Newcastle], where he is trying to make a fool of people.
“Players have tried to go through the back of him, so he will have to learn quickly otherwise he will pick up more injuries.”

Antony, who is well known for his flashy style of play, has struggled with a variety of small injuries since his transfer from Ajax to Manchester United last summer.
The Brazilian’s antics often make him a target for opposition players and it looks like the pacy forward will now have to adapt to life in the Premier League.
